Refund policy

How do I cancel my subscription?
Your credit card will be charged on the 1st of every month for monthly subscription. You may cancel your monthly subscription before 1st of the month by logging into your account to cancel the subscription for the next month.
Please note that prepaid 3-, 6-, and 12-month subscriptions are non-refundable.

What is your return policy?
We are unable to accept returns for any of our products. However, if you receive any damaged or defective materials in the box, email us at sales@squizzelbox.com and we will be happy to replace those items for you.
